Firstly, I am not a substantial shareholder. I am pretty sure I am still in the top 20, but I do not hold 5% or more. I am pretty sure only the "insiders" do.
Secondly, when it comes to applying "logic" ...especially to anything related to the ASX (and, in particular, to CXX) that is the last thing I do. I think events have shown it seems nothing more than being a casino!
Lastly, what I have been implying is Tremont (through its related/friendly entities) have been buying - probably not Tremont directly. Given the situation, why wouldn't they? I would!
I have written to the Company (well over a week ago now) requesting specific information. In typical style, they haven't even acknowledged my request, let alone complied with it - which puts them in breach of the legislation.
When I first arrived to live in Perth - back in 1985 - a lot of people who were already residents there said "Welcome to the wild, wild West". Now I know what they meant!!
