Well that makes two of us.
The only progress is, what looks like minority holders are playing right into Tremont's hands by panicking and selling (only to Tremont?) at an even a bigger discount to the takeover offer. Can anyone explain to me why they are doing that? It's hardly believable. I really don't think they know themselves.
Someone makes an offer to buy their shares for a price which is way, way undervalued and they say..."oh no mate, I'll sell them to you even cheaper if you want.
One would think they would at least wait to see how the takeover offer plays out.. but at this rate Tremont will have their 90% before we even get the Scheme booklet.
