Read the announcement from the 5th August, 3rd paragraph they can only take up the number of options which have not been exercised by the expiry date of 31st October. They will subscribe for these shares at a price of 25 cents at no less & no more amount than the number of those that have expired. As Neg states if they show their hand before this time they risk the price going higher & hence people taking them up. Less for them if that happens & I would assume they want the majority & will make their move after that date.
