This is an excerpt from Pelican's last report, which would suggest they have addressed environmental issues. "The granting of the main MPSA is still imminent and the documentation has been forwarded by
the Bureau of Mines to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources who are
responsible for issuing the MPSA." From what I have been told, it needs some fine tuning. This site might help with further queries. http://www.mgb.gov.ph/
As for directors, Hills and Lynton-Brown are fine, Palermo, well let's just say he has a colorful past. (Sabretoothed must be on holidays otherwise he would have already answered that in no uncertain terms)
