actually it is erl that pays it and hamptons gets the approval ...and it has been paid....only reason they needed this permit was because of the connection of accessing the main road which is only about 100 metres or so of main road....if it was going to lakewood they wouldn't have needed the permit and we would be delivering now......the ore is sitting waiting to be transported ,hampton's is currently watering the road down in readiness for the haulage approval permit which is due ...could be today ? ..just a wait and see..as said all is ready the only hiccup is this permit..which the council apparently is ok with..red tape office council paperwork crap..is causing the delay..not a biggie ..will happen .
