Like I said before it is the transport company who needs to get the approvals to travel on the appropriate roads
The transport company's are required to do this for their permits to be issued
The permits are mostly just ticking boxes
WA have the most lenient regulations in Australia
Don't try to tell me that the mining company is responsible for transport
The only reason the trucking company can not do their job is the client ERL
Who has not or does not want to start moving the product for processing
