I wouldn't have a clue why they would sell this close to penny's...

I wouldn't have a clue why they would sell this close to penny's being cash positive. All I do know is that this happens all the time. I have been one of these people selling out to early on other stocks I think it's more of a psychcological thing if you take a look at the market depth it looks like someone has been bocking this from going any higher after the cap raise.
Or it could be someone trying to sell out but if it was I'm shore they would of let this run back up to .03 after the cap raise.
Anyways just my thoughts on it not advise in any way so DYOR and good luck
