I agree shakey.
It may have some overhang from an insto investment perspective until the situation becomes clearer.
However, based on current legislation, which we cant take as an approval to mine (thats another hurdle), we can legally mine as per their Minerals Act. And based on the proposal, we must surely be able to mine based on the economic and environmental interests.
