    yer i remember ...the Les Davis chat ...with his 3 mil dollar mill ...seems SCE think AAG can pick up the required infrastructure at a resonable price ...hence the mothballed term....someone was stabbing the cost at 100 mil ...which i thought was outrageous....and seems SCE think the same ...regardless we are going to need capital SBL ...either that or a corporate raid to swell the coffers
