From a psychology perspective as well as a lot of questions and comments have been made about CG motives on securing more land, think of the land to CG as shares to us.
We could just buy 10,000 or even 100,000 but we don’t we buy a million plus! Why? Because we’re greedy and we invest in lithium the same as CG.
He wants lots of land now so he doesnt kick himself in the future much the same as the positions we take now so we don’t kick ourselves later either.
He’s taking a risk and we are too, no risk though and you live average and nobody average ever achieves greatness or wealth.
