It’s hard to say Bull!

One thing for sure is LRS has changed as lithium has changed and will only grow stronger.

They have painted a pretty picture but the how’s are a bit shady and it’s going to take really good results, even better than their previous results to land a JV.

They say they’re nearing completion on the negotiations for a JV where both parties are happy which is good as we don’t want to end up with a crap deal.

The JV might incorporate funding for the JORC which we’d hope for so no CR. Have to wait and see the final details and I’m guessing we won’t see them till after March when the drill results are announced.

The JORC if proven as good, possibly better than competitors will put LRS in a prime position for an off take and one that’s good for the future of LRS to fund its own drilling and JORC’s in future without needing a JV to fund LRS.

All hyperthetical until proven as with all specs.

From their announcements though it looks as though LRS are trying to go into actually mining and not just exploration and hand over. The reason I say this is they’re planning on doing a feasibility study which you wouldn’t normally need unless you were considering mining and wanted total coatings, which I find interesting especially on how they intend on achieving that goal with current and near term money.

Unless they know something we don’t which is more than likely the case here I dare say, CG may have woken up and is going for the big money now and not just milking the cows which and if he can pull it off with Chinese help and that’s who he’s talking to as he’s done business with them in the past and China are scouting and signing everything they can get their hands on right now.

Chinese are very smart in business, they act today so it benefits them in the future where as the western world tends to leave it to the last minute and assume it’ll fall into place which has worked in the past but with China being as organised and we’ll funded as they’re today I’m not sure the western way will stand a chance and Asian will control the future of lithium and many other commodities.

One things for sure, we need drill results, pilot plant results and a JV before CG heads to Asia for the mining convention and if CG can pull his thumb out and achieve that the rest will snow ball.
