mining approval / environmental approval

Anyone think it strange that West Wits has been unable to acheive either Environmental Approval or Mining approval for eight months now but yet Sundance Resources can achieve an outcome in only 4 months. I used to argue with Oscarwon but something is not adding up with West Wits. Is it because the board just have no idea or have not employed the right people to manage the submissions to the SA government. I used to think West Wits had a good future but honestly I really do not think this company will go into production. West Wits must now be relying on Mintails to get the approvals for them in the agreement currently being written up but does that mean another 8 months waiting. They really do need to come out and tell us what is really going on behind the scenes and why these approvals have been delayed.
