Common sense, if you were making gates all the same size and you want to sell 1 and not in a rush to sell, you could ask a high price. But if you make 1000 gates and want to sell them all this week then its obvious you cant get the same price for 1000 sales a week as you could for 1 sale a week.
That is the same with cars, if they want more sales volume they lower the price to move volume. If your comparing KTD to A2M then clearly KTD dosnt need to make the same volume of sales per week as A2M does.
So KTD can charge a higher price, even if the items are similar in quality.
Boutique Brands in the Shops dont sell as many tshirts as Kmart does, even if the Kmart tshirt is the same plain tshirt. But the Boutique brand sells less volume but at a higher price tag.
Its basic common sence and basic economics of sales of like for like product.
