I think that SFR has only about 160m or so, so that's a massive difference.
If you are after a multi bagger then the number of shares on issue and the market cap both need to be small. Sirius was similar to SFR. as re a virgin vms discovery and SP rise.
Ultimately though, it's the market cap that is the measuring stick. Always remember that!
