At least Arvind is starting to make the right noises. Better off putting your money into Cambodia or Myanmar, or even Thailand. These SE Asian countries are desperate for mining investment and will bend over backwards to assist,ie. the new Thai Gov't ( Military) is planning to make investment in the country for foreigners much easier.
