Recent comments by Mr Haeger CEO of Nickel West that the nickel smelter will be rebuilt in Kalgoorlie to extend its life until 2030 are in my opinion good news for Mincor. Also BHP are going to rejuvenate some of their nickel mines in the area.
There has always been some doubt if BHP was committed to Nickel West as at one stage it tried to sell it off.
In my opinion there is now certainty about BHP's intentions with Nickel west and this should give certainty to the processing of Mincor's future nickel production.
