That's great you think it's a wonderful deal. Clearly for MIN shareholders it is.
As you don't have AWE shares your opinion doesn't matter, only voting shareholders get a voice. Your vested interests are diametrically opposed to ours.
I hold shares in AWE and it's clearly a miserable offer. Don't care about MIN's wonderful plans IMO it's overpriced.
AWE Directors have a long history of starting their shareholders.
