oh dear Gorny .. you obviously dont know Gina .. she first and foremost is a business woman .. and yes she absolutely would take second best if that second best promised her the same outcomes as first best but at a cheaper cost.
The mere fact that the big boys did not submit their tenders due to too little documentation whilst FGE did submit (and consequently won) clearly shows FGE takes on too much risk .. end of story.
Stop reading the announcements and get yourself some ears here in Perth.
