Successful completion of stage one and erecting solar panels changes the game. Quite a quick procedure I am led to believe. Once we are harnessing the Sun's power should move to 0.5c-1c. Entirely just a gut instinct, but nevertheless possible by year's end. Hard to see it hang around these levels after eofy.
