I used RNT to find my new appartment. However, most there appears to be a very good compeditor. 1form.com has many of the same functions as rent.com.au and indeed, like realestate.com.au where the agent wants, the "apply" link redirect to the agents 1form.com application form. So i doubt that rnt.com.au benefited from me finding my appartment via rent.com.au at all, which is a bit sad.

I also noticed during my search there is a nifty app called Tenancy. This app allows you to find any appartments/houses etc open for inspection that meet your criteria. This was a very cool and easy app to use. It would be sweet if RNT and this tenancy app could be combined. I feel like the tenancy app is used by a number of people already.

Even implementing greater searching parameters, such as searching via inspection dates would be awesome.
