I think they are making a TO for the rest of MII shares plough. No money to MII just a offer for our shares and then shut shop I would say. Just remember They were going to pay $78 mil for 58% they already have 42% ( Ok so they would retain there 42% of MII BUT do they really want a gold mine in Russia ) So they make a low ball offer @14c which will only cost them $39.5 mill ( as tammyc has pointed out THANKS ) I can see this offer getting to 20c easy. And that's why I am loading up. Oh and thank you another 60k mii shares for me @ 12c lol
