Lets do the maths, they want to buy mine for $78 mill (0.165) now they pull out to buy the the whole company for 0.14 $67.5 mill. They own 42% of mii so 42% of $68 mill = $28.5 mill - $68 = $39.5 mill. That means they going to buy the whole mii compnay for $39.5 mill REJECT REJECT
