Newbie question but we were all newbies once. They raise money through a capital raising, which is an offer to private investors for new shares at a price, often a discounted price. This is how most explorers raise cash until they find something someone wants to buy or enter into a JV with farm in rights (less common). In my view this explorer is good with cash burn. Some become miners.
