My Apex club used to raise funds by "cow lotto". A bitumen surfaced tennis court was divided by grid lines into squares and each square allocated a number. Punters were sold numbers and when all the numbers were allocated the cow placed in the court. The first three numbers to receive a deposit were the winners.

Perhaps we could use the same device as a predictor by marking the squares with the codes of all our spec stocks. We could then release the cow and see if it becomes a better predictor than either the RB method or the dartboard method?

Seriously though I hope there will soon be some positive news from Singapore and the transgressions of the past will not be repeated by the new licensed entities.
