Thinking about going to PEX AGM for the first time since held stock. I was too lazy to go. LOL I must eat enough cookies at AGM to get my air plane ticket worth. I'll clean up the lot , cookies on the table is up for grab.

If we get T/O next year, this could be our last AGM as Peel Mining (in good way as last AGM).

SBM cannot really sell their shares anyway. It is useless to just hold 9.5%. 9.5% IMHO just foot in the door.

I think if we get 3 high grade mines, SBM should make a bid in scripts (may be every 4 to 5 PEX shares for 1 SBM share).

IMHO this should be good for everyone (HHM holders, directors, SBM and PEX holders). HHM can essentially use dividends from SBM to run HHM with any capital raising.
