Hi,
The low turnover may be due to top 20 controlling more than 70% of issued shares. Most of these 20 holders are astute mining people. My view is that someone is accumulating quietly and very diligently controlling price range so as not to invite day traders as yet. Lets see what unfolds in next 6 to 8 weeks.
