if the hype is true, then a gold rush would be occurring, but as you rightly point out, there is limited signs of life.
If the hypers truely believed: there would be geos on the ground, shovel and detectors in hand, nuggets being bagged and cash flowing freely,
Hell, they would be building pubs and Maccas stores across the Pilbarra, on every outcrop and helipad they could find.
And my point is just that. if the hype is true, then a gold rush...
