I have reported it to Asic...I hope everyone else has.

Below is the latest response to ASIC from my follow up on the 04/01/2010.

ASIC is still considering your complaint in relation to Arasor International Ltd (Arasor). I understand that there has been considerable delay in the company preparing its final report for 2008 and this is obviously an issue of concern that we will be looking at as part of our current activity.

I note that Reece Boroughs has been identified as a consultant accountant for Arasor in several of the company's recent announcements; although my reading of these announcements does not suggest to me that he is the person responsible for actually drafting the announcement. It appears to me that he has been listed as contact for people who may wish to seek further information. This is just how I interpret it, however if you would like further clarification in this regard you may wish to contact the ASX as this falls within its functions.

I understand your concern and frustration in relation to Arasor, but I cannot provide you with specific details of what enquiries ASIC has made. ASIC treats every complaint we receive seriously and complaints which involve listed entities are considered at a senior level.
