Let's face it. Nobody has seen the app in working mode. That of course draws suspicion. That doesn't necessarily mean that it doesn't exist. There's no harm in using a mock up to present capabilities and functionality either.

Why not keep your intellectual property rights protected and stay under the radar? Even more so if you are working with Microsoft.
