NTA for June 2009

The NTA, before accounting for tax benefits on unrealised gains, for Contango MicroCap Limited as at 30 June 2009
was $1.199. This represents an increase of 3.8% for the month - the ASX All Ordinaries Accumulation Index increased
by 3.9% over the month.

The NTA after providing for tax benefits from unrealised losses was $1.205

On 12th November 2008, the Company commenced buying shares in an on-market buy-back. Since then, the Company has bought back a total of 403,433 shares at an average price of $0.633. This represents 2.5% of the total number of
shares traded from 12th November up to 30th June 2009. The volume weighted average price of all shares traded through the market over this period was $0.684

Contango MicroCap Limited was first listed on ASX on 25 March 2004 and its investment performance remains one of
