Just been getting a few of these over the last week although very illiquid.[whats new for me]
Looks good value trading on a PE of about 6 if prospectus forecasts come to fruition.
The main attraction for me was the quality board assembled including Lloyd Roberts the founder and CEO of SMS Consulting Group taking them from 2 employees to 1200 employees and Ross Fielding who held various senior roles of Telstra.
Expecting a full year dividend and hoping the excellent board will deliver to the upside.
Lots of shares in escrow so hard to get set but have allocated funds from proceeds of a mining spec.
One for the bottom drawer.
