I think your assesment is a bit over the top using such words as abysmal (That,s the correct spelling btw)and plummet, which mean extreme or severe when actually the truth is that the report uses words such as improving and increasing and significant.

"Underground operations showed a very significant improvement in ore broken + 50%"

"it is anticipated daily production will continue to improve"

When using contractors on a project it is difficult to control as in effect they are their own boss and have a different agenda. Management have now fixed this problem.

You say you are a holder but I find this hard to believe
