I know right? You would expect this to AT LEAST stabilise around $1, with these fundamentals and yield; not to mention a good defensive sector with potential tailwinds from ALP education funding.
It looks like the market values MFD around the low 80s for now, and we only see temporary SP appreciation before dividend.
It also looks like the risk to dps should be relatively low at the moment, so I am happy to hold for income and get back to green after next dividend assuming we are still floating around 80s.
