The significance to TPP is as follows.

Milne tried unsuccessfully to take over listed company, Australian power and gas a number of years ago by trying to remove some members of the board.

They have appointed a member to the board. They have 15% and can call a meeting just like CHP.

They will (in my opinion) attempt to overthrow the board, including Charlie.

This is my concern.

I would be concerned if I was Charlie and co.
