    Well that's NOT it. Magnum Hunter are not offering all cash, with the extremely high debt that Magnum carry they would be hard pressed to ask their bankers for the funds to offer cash. Please refer to the ann on this point. Accepting the Magnum offer means acquiring Magnum shares not listed on the ASX, with all the attendant risk as described in the latest ann.
