p.s. I would expect a move on NSE eventually by Magnum. Its the only way they can get the other 52.5% of PEL 570. If they can acquire both AQO and NSE they can extinguish the $42.5 million agreement between both companies.

I don't know anything about an Eye fund invertedva, but was pointing out the connection between MHR OEH and the Smorgon family, which can be easily researched and should be understood. But again, I know who bids the best is what matters to you all, but just don't like an unbalanced debate which is very one sided. Why?? and who is leading it???
