Giving it some thought and i think that if MGX do announce the acquisition of Wes coal mine, and its anywhere near the 1b price tag, they will probably do it by going into a trading halt and will look to raise capital at the same time. I just can't see them taking on 600-700m worth of debt. you might have a CR of 150m-200m at say 30c
