Sure. It looks like that screen shot was taken during the afternoon auction 4- 4.10pm. That why you see the lowest sell price being below the highest buy price. During that 10mins (4 -4.10pm) all bids/orders go in and are showen on the market depth, but nothing is executed until the auction closes.
