If you are thinking of Cockatoo Island...,
Yes it would be very interesting to know how much high grade iron ore is left there after BHP and others abandoned operations.
There are now similar operational problems at Cockatoo as Koolan, but with our seawall rebuilding and de-watering expertise and only 16 km away it could be a perfect add-on for us.
Not sure what sale implications are but could be an option for extending our high grade supply.
I'm pretty sure management would have or are running the ruler over it.
