Not to often one gets the chance to buy a stock at 35-40% dos isn't to cash so I agree it's a safe one.
Funny that you had a good experience with MGX in the past , it was a stock that I had a big position about 12 years ago - bought in at mid 30 - rode it up to mid 90s , didn't sell and finally sold out out in the 60s only to see it go to 4 dollars plus a couple of years later
Safe buying at run moment
The sea wall cost 70m to build so any insurance payout the materialises may add further value
