Thanks Jamie, really appreciate this. It's nice to hear some good detail from the horse's mouth.

It would be a shame to have to raise at the same or lower levels than the last couple. I along with everyone else would think that we would have been higher than where we sit now given what we've accomplished over the past year. But I guess Rob may be gambling a little this time on making a new discovery that will take us up a notch. The past two raises have come slightly ahead of schedule so it will be interesting to see how long Rob holds off for this time.
