I have a theory.......
Over 20m turnover high 7c to 10.5
Many of these SPP participants... and even with an average down at 5.9c still look at mid 7s plus as break-even ... I'd assume they want a whole lot greater returns and I don't blame them they are well within their right fundamentally
It'll be interesting and pull out the popcorn
