Only in the way my ex-wife's driving used to. First few times she took a roundabout anti-clockwise when turning right ('...but it's quicker...') did tend to make the sphincter tighten a tad, but once I'd learned what to expect I didn't bat an eye.
Ain't selling this one, SF. Not for a good str-e-e-e-e-etch yet.
