However, there are differences between BANRO (BAA) and MOTO (MOE/MGL).
For starters, the Moto resource is predicted by the MD, Eckhof to have over 15 mill ounces of Gold by 1 July.
The BFS will be by 2007 and production could start end of 2008, according to the MD.
Their Plant will service *all* deposits from the Moto project. The total capital cost before start-up will be US$160-200 mill. Thus, there will be savings and enough work for the same staff over many years. ______________________________
Banro will start production at least a year later than MOTO; each deposit requires its own plant which costs US$110-130 mill. They could have 4 deposits at this stage.
I wish both MGL (MOTO) and BAA luck. It is clear that quite a few companies are operating in the CONGO.
