    I agree with the points you make.

    Re the CEO repaying his salary..... I think he should for 2 reasons:

    1/. He drove the bank balance from $750K to $250K in 3 months. I don't know what package he's on $250-350K?? say $300K. Over 6months - that's $150K (bringing our bank balance to $400k). The current bank balance is dangerously low)
    2/. Symbolic goodwill guesture to confirm he destroyed the company unintentionally(??)

    But, yes, he needs to go asap to stop the destruction of value.
