Have to agree with Silver having had some first hand knowledge of what has been going on at MOT. The likes of CBox and mConnect were profitable business before the CFO and now thankfully ex CEO got their hands on them and made a complete mess of things.

The numbers released are not an entirely true reflection of the individual entities performance whatsoever, just creative accounting in most part. CBox is now profitable again and prospering back in the private world; this should tell you exactly the story here; totally and utterly mismanaged by the public company management who thought they knew better than the original business owners on how to run these businesses.
