you will just get complusory aquired, or MTQ will make life difficult for you. I can see some large salaries for the MTQ managers. No profit left for shareholders that hold out, otherwise they will just run the business down for a while till you will sell. Which do you want. MTQ have 70%, thats more than majority. You will live and die by them now. Your not going to get a better price just sell, be thankful its getting taken over, things where looking like administration a while back
