As you're a beginner I'll explain (and I'm no expert myself). Nobody knows when the next announcement will be, aside from company employees. If anyone did know and acted on it, that would be considered insider trading. Whilst you're new, I'd hope you at least understand what that means.
Anyone who claims on here that announcement is coming is just guessing.
