Your comments likely explain HCH’s strategy of amalgamating nearby deposits in an effort to get the overall project headgrade up, and thereby improve the economics of the project to make it more attractive as a t/o target and for potential financiers.

I note that discount rate of 7.5% in the PFS seems fantastical, given that the costs of funds for a junior developer are close we to double that in reality, thealthough it may hold true for a major who acquires the project.

I’m still holdings to see what the drill bit brings, and longer term as a speculative leveraged optionality play.
