It does indeed sound like Rio are confident in the project. 2020 target to kick it off.

Interesting. I wonder if Jadar Lithium DOES hit some Jadarite, will they be able to piggyback of Rio's flow sheet? Or will Rio lock the door on them and force Jadar Lithium to develop their own (at substantial cost) and perhaps play hardball to get them to hand over any discoveries to them at a discount?
